Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group. In order to strengthen our data protection team, we are looking for a Data Protection Manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which actively drives our data protection strategy with expertise in data protection law and an eye for regulatory developments. You support specialist departments, promote data protection documentation and shape the data protection-compliant future of the bottle mail. Data Protection Manager (m/w/d)

You actively shape the development of the data protection function of the flaschenpost Group and support the data protection officer in the execution of all data protection tasks

You are the central contact person and Sparrings partner for internal stakeholders and specialist departments in all data protection issues

You support the flaschenpost and its employees in the further development and implementation of a data protection management system, in particular in the fulfilment of the documentation obligations (e.g. processing directories, data protection impact assessments) and in response to requests for data subjects

You maintain legal or regulatory changes and developments in data protection

You prepare training on the subject of data protection and conduct it

You work closely with the areas of compliance, information security and legal to ensure a holistic data protection strategy

You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of law, economic law or related areas and ideally set a focus on data protection(-right)

First experiences in data protection or in legal areas (e.g. in companies, consulting firms or firms) are advantageous

You are ready to take responsibility, work reliably and with a high degree of integrity

You have profound knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have a high affinity for IT-supported methods and technologies

Your good English skills in word and writing complete your profile
