AWO SANO Nordsee operates a non-profit family holiday at Schillig. We offer families, groups and individual travelers an extensive leisure programme for families and children. A restaurant also features a creative area and a natural outdoor area.

We run our house as an inclusive operation. For us it is a matter of course that all employees can contribute and develop their skills. AWO SANO is a family-friendly company and is looking for the Schillig site at the next possible time

Your profile

• ,
• Secure user knowledge in all MS Office programs
• Experiences with hotel booking software
• A high level of competence and friendliness
• Joy in handling our guests
• Communication and team skills

Your tasks

• All popular reception tasks such as Check In, Check Out, Answering Guest Questions
• Telephone and written reservations and information activities
• correspondence with individual guests, tour operators and group organisers
• Treatment of complaints and guest complaints
• Own-responsible management of cash and payment transactions
