Opinions on hearings in the context of building permit procedures, building plans, construction applications, construction preliminary requests, land use plans, other construction planning, contact for road management Creation of TKG decisions, usage and funeral contracts, development of decisions (authorisation/recognition) on requests for special use Editing tasks in the field of cross-border law

Graduate (Dipl. (FH) / Bachelor) of, Administration, Public Administration, Public Management; Civil engineering, geography or in a field with comparable contents or similar or equivalent suitability acquired by professional experience Understanding and interest in technical processes Safe handling of PC standard software as well as power point and Excel That would be desirable: knowledge of road law, at best experience in the field of technical administration Knowledge of the relevant legal standards, such as the Federal Road Law (FStrG), guidelines for the use of the federal highways in the construction load of the federal government (utilisation guidelines), administrative procedure law (VwVfG), road-creation guidelines (StraKR), instruction street information bank (ASB), telecommunications law (TKG), Federal Telescoping Regulation (FStrKrV), construction law and related standards Your personal strengths include: Independent and structured operation Loadability, ready-to-use and reliability with respect to the assigned tasks
