You are a firm part of our team and you will learn the processes of a state-of-the-art clinic operation – from reception to veterinary station You answer questions from animal owners on the phone:inside, explain processes on station and assist with registrations and bills You organize your own projects such as workshops for animal owners:inside or information events for transferable veterinarians:inside – from planning to implementation You support in personal management, help in holiday and training planning and take first steps in recruiting Together with the team, you develop standardized processes, authorise employee assignments and manage quality management with You get insights into cooperation marketing, accounting and complaint management – and bring your ideas into customer consulting

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You bring interest in veterinary medicine and joy in dealing with animals and people Reliability, team skills and commitment are of course for you You are open to new challenges and will be happy to learn Basic knowledge of the handling of computer and practical software is advantageous, but no prerequisite Motivation and a careful way of working Career prospects: After your dual study, you will find many ways open – both in the medical-organizational field and in the management level. You can assume leadership responsibility in animal clinics, for example in quality management, in human resources development or in hospital management. Positions in project management, marketing or customer service and communication are also possible.
