Within the AVU Group we design a future-oriented personnel work with a clear strategic orientation. For this role we are looking for a personality who likes to penetrate complex facts in detail. You work in a structured manner, with a high level of technical depth and a pronounced quality standard – and feel particularly well where conceptual work, testing and further development is carried out in the background. This helps you to continuously optimize our HR processes and to reliably, legally and efficiently align strategic personnel work. Conceptual design and further development of personnel work in all areas of human resources Creation, negotiation and implementation of operating agreements in trusted cooperation with the works council Advising the Executive Board and Management in contractual and co-determination issues Accompanying and implementing collective agreements and regulations from business agreements and directives Implementation and support of strategic and operational personnel planning as well as advice from managers Implementation of job evaluations and management of the Job Assessment Commission including preparation of job descriptions Creation, evaluation and analysis of reports and reports from SAP HR area control including budget and investment planning Further development of strategic human resources management, in particular through digitization and process optimization

completed university studies (Master-Niveau) with a focus on personnel, labour law or legal sciences (in particular a focus on working law) or a comparable qualification very good knowledge of labour law, collective bargaining law and business constitutional law, as well as safety in dealing with relevant laws, collective agreements and business agreements pronounced analytical and conceptual skills – especially in the context of the digitization of HR processes very good knowledge in the common Office365 applications and in the SAP module HCM communicative, binding and persuasive way of working with the Executive Board, management, executives and employee representatives independent, structured and responsible operation
