Own-sponsored management of demanding construction projects in the performance phases 3–5 Control and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams from internal and external planning stakeholders Ensuring appointments, quality and economically optimized planning solutions Professional communication with builders, authorities and project taxers Close coordination with our project managers for the integral implementation of the projects The position is to be filled in full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours / week).

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual well-founded experience in the execution planning of complex construction projects, ideally in the area of school buildings, offices or other public construction projects Experience in managing and coordinating planning and project teams Experience in purchasing and awarding planning services is desirable Interdisciplinary understanding of all topics relevant to planning
