Technical management in plant construction (m/f/d)

General responsibility for design, manufacturing and technical processes. Senior management of 5 departments with 10 direct reports and nearly 60 employees. Structure and better gearing of construction, work preparation and production. Creation of clear processes, responsibilities and processes in daily business. Continuous optimization of the production processes by switching from predominantly manual processes to higher clocking and improved process stability. Ensure that complex technical systems are properly integrated and implemented. Structure of transparent control variables (costs, times, progress) and a clean KPI landscape in production. Close coordination with purchasing, commercial management and management. High operational presence in operation and close connection to the Shopfloor.

Complete studies with a technical background (e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology, mechatronics) or comparable. Multiannual experience as head of technology, production manager or in a comparable role. Experience in the holistic control of construction and production. Detectable experience in the development of structures and processes in an industrial environment. Safe in dealing with shopfloor topics, production control and operational processes. Technical understanding of complex assemblies and systems. Experience with construction systems (e.g. SolidWorks) of advantage. Background from mechanical engineering, special machine construction, vehicle construction, steel construction or similar environment. Very good knowledge of German and good English.
