Acquisition and strategic/operative support of Key Account Customers in the field of the international construction industry and international construction companies Systematic demand collection and recuperation as well as development and presentation of customer-specific solution concepts Responsibility for the subsequent operational implementation in the individual countries Active contact with the customer's contacts, even at the highest decision level Self-employed contract and bonus negotiations in Germany and abroad Permanent market observation and analysis Further development of the Würth Baustelle project management in the state companies

Complete industrial or technical studies or commercial training with appropriate training and professional experience Experience in key account management, ideally in the building environment Conceptual strength with pronounced motivation and communication skills Organisational skills as well as analytical and targeted work with a view to feasibility Negotiation security at all hierarchical levels Very good English skills, second foreign language desirable High self-initiative and ready-to-use and travel combined with joy in contact with customers
