We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of sales: Senior Strategic Project Developer (m/w/d) Customer acquisition: You win strategic anchor customers and municipalities for near heat and contracting solutions and represent Mainova as a central partner for the implementation of complex energy supply projects.

Contract management: You take over the independent management from the supply phase, through the commercial and technical contract negotiations to the successful conclusion of the contract.

Project management: Your tasks include managing co-ordination-intensive municipal projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Business development: As part of this activity, you develop the near heat business, actively shape sales-relevant processes and drive forward the development of future-oriented supply solutions.

Strategy development: Make sure that sound decision templates, cost-effectiveness calculations as well as technical evaluations are created and strategic areas of action are successfully implemented in cross-departmental projects.

Mainova AG is subject to the collective agreement for utilities and the remuneration for this body is in the E13 remuneration group. Successfully completed technical or business studies, preferably in the fields of energy technology, energy management, supply technology or a comparable discipline

Multiannual professional and sales experience with detectable sales successes, ideally in the distribution of complex energy or infrastructure solutions

Funded knowledge of the energy industry and safe handling of MS Office and professional presentation and negotiation techniques

Impressed communication strength, high customer orientation, organisational skills and a structured and responsible way of working

Enthusiasm for sustainable energy supply concepts as well as very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
