Examination and creation of usage contracts and other project-specific contracts Insufficient securing of land and the preparation and collection of all necessary documents for private and public project security Monitoring of contractual contents, deadlines and payments Significant participation in the compilation of documentation and handover to in- and external customers, financing banks and management Professional communication with contractors, authorities, law firms and notaries General organisational and administrative administrative tasks

(m/w/d) or comparable qualifications Knowledge of contract law and basic book law is desirable Ability to coordinate and complete complex tasks with multiple internal and external partners Consultative, cooperative and careful approach Joy of cross-disciplinary project work with varied requirements and questions
