Operational and organizational management of our restaurant and banquet and event services Leadership, motivation and further development of the service team Ensuring a warm, professional and service-oriented guest experience Creation of service and holiday plans Responsibility for a smooth service in the restaurant, during conferences and events Introduction and training of new employees and trainees Active cooperation in the operating daily business Participation in the development of service concepts and quality standards Close cooperation with kitchen, reception and hotel director Responsibility for goods management, orders and inventory Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and quality standards

Complete training in the hotel industry or gastronomy Multi-year professional experience in restaurant or hotel services First or multi-year leadership experience in a comparable position Passion for excellent service and hospitality Organizational and entrepreneurial thinking Safe and well-kept appearance Communication strength and team capacity Responsibility and Hands-on-Mentality Good knowledge of German; English knowledge is advantageous
