Head of a Commodity team of divisional buyers Development and implementation of a company-wide commodity strategy Negotiation of global treaties and support in procurement negotiations Management of risk management activities to secure the supply chain (De-Risking) Customize and optimize the global supplier portfolio to ensure future Escalation instance for bottleneck and capacity management Conducting meetings, visits and workshops with key suppliers Release of new suppliers and prior approval of procurement decisions

Successfully completed commercial or technical studies, ideally as a technical engineer, MBA, Dipl.-Ing. or Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. Multiannual experience in a global purchasing organization with industrial background (production), ideally in the defence industry Self-responsibility, high responsibility and the ability to act successfully in a dynamic and demanding environment Strategic competence coupled with the ability to abstract Experience in leading multicultural teams within a matrix organization Representative negotiating, communication and presentation skills Good technical knowledge in production processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness for regular missions
