You will bring projects through the 'channel of regulatorics' to the 'Sandbank of data protection and legal requirements' along the safe 'port of project success'. They design processes that meet the requirements of regulatory and data protection as well as the needs of sales. They translate regulatory requirements of sales into concrete IT measures and create and maintain guidelines and procedures for the distribution systems. You take over and coordinate regulatory tasks in sales, including the authorization management for sales systems (according to DORA), data protection impact assessments (DSFA) as well as other tasks such as the support of the overall process responsibility distribution (GPV) or the protection requirements determination according to VAIT. They are the central point of contact for projects with data protection implications as well as for the introduction of new software and IT systems. Make sure that all data protection aspects are taken into account appropriately. They bear the central responsibility for the usage contracts of the distribution systems. This includes the identification of change needs, the coordination with internal specialist areas (data protection, contract law, corporate security, IT monitoring, technology) as well as the need-oriented adaptation of contracts.

A completed study of economics or legal sciences, business informatics or a comparable qualification focusing on data protection, compliance or IT. Knowledge of insurance companies, sales processes, contractual processes and data protection and regulatory requirements. Joy in working with complex data protection and legal issues as well as a pragmatic solution orientation. Communication strength, enforcing capacity and high operational readiness. Experience in project management, ideally as project manager.
