Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Reference number: K 81 17 07 26 Period: until 31.12.2028 Start: at the next possible time Location: Kaiserslautern and/or Landau Scope: Optional full time or part time Remuneration: Group 9b TV-L Unit: Career development and appeals The RPTU Center for Early Career Researchers (REaCh) and the Centre for Graduate Funding and Academic Human Resources Development (ZGaPL) will support scientists at RPTU in all stages of their careers with consulting, information and funding. REaCh promotes scientists in early career phases through networking, further training, financial support measures and co-design opportunities through the target group, while the ZGaPL supports and accompanies all RPTU's scientific workers, including with further education, coaching, mentoring and other well-founded personnel development opportunities.

In order to provide administrative assistance to the institutions, a body must be set up which can be carried out either in full-time (both institutions) or in each case 50% in one of the two institutions (services: Kaiserslautern or Landau). The application shall indicate whether there is interest in both or only one of the parts of the job.

Self-organization and coordination of events, appointments, meetings and workflows Organisation of the training programme, in particular participation management, spatial planning, event management and evaluation Control of internal and external communication processes (e.g. website care, newsletters, information materials) Creating decision bases, presentations, protocols and reports Self-acquisition of tasks in the field of household and management (e.g. procurement, accounting) Support in the further development of coordination, coordination and administration processes Own design and compilation of surveys and subsequent evaluation and processing of the data collected. Processing of membership applications and support of member administration (only REaCh) Examination of applications received and accompanying the assessment and funding procedure and consultation of applicants (only REaCh) Organisation of the coaching/team development offer, e.g. orders and invoice processing (only ZGaPL)

Required university degree (Bachelor, FH diploma or similar) Embossed organisational, and coordination capabilities Very good communication competence (e.g. target-group-oriented approach to the various internal and external actors, public relations) Experiences with the planning and organisation of events Knowledge (university) management processes and structures as well as digital information processing systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Typo3) Knowledge of relevant rules in higher education are advantageous Knowledge of target groups and their needs is advantageous Ability to structur complex facts and problem-solving competence High level of self-sufficiency, sense of responsibility, reliability and service orientation as well as team skills Very good expressiveness in word and writing (German C2, English at least.
