Become part of the HHLA and shape the future with us! As a strategic buyer (m/w/d), you take over the commercial management of purchasing projects in the technical field, coordinate procurement projects and conclude fair contracts. In doing so, you are driving strategic product group management and optimizing cooperation with suppliers and customers in the interest of the HHLA Group.

You guide, plan, coordinate, and realize shopping projects in technical shopping. You develop procurement strategies and guide appropriate objectives and measures to implement them. You analyze savings potentials and initiate optimizations in close cooperation with the stakeholders. You optimise strategic procurement processes and supplier relationships. You complete framework contracts, care and monitor them. You prepare contracts, negotiate, close them and secure their legal management.

You have a degree in engineering or business management with relevant technical professional experience or have a comparable qualification. You bring relevant experience in the strategic purchasing of technical equipment, spare parts and services. You have experiences in the project purchase. You have sound knowledge of contract design. You are characterized by negotiation skills and enforcement. You work structured and independent. You have very good German and very good English skills in word and writing.
