Professional Projects: As a Referent Service Group (gn), you support our team in designing and implementing various projects for the optimization and further development of our professional business in all HORNBACH regions. Service engineering: You transform complex group-wide data into clear insights through targeted analysis and bring our service portfolio to the next level with your ideas as well as smart concepts, tools and process optimizations. Interdisciplinary cooperation: In close coordination with our HORNBACH regions and various central departments, you will conduct your projects from the first idea to the rollout maturity. Competent support: Last but not least, you can help our professional teams and markets in all regions as a reliable contact person about service.

Qualification: You have completed your (company) economic studies or your commercial training and have already gained well-founded trading experience, ideally in contact with commercial customers. Project experience: With your passion for conceptual and interdisciplinary project work, you can easily prioritize requirements, develop new approaches and implement them in a structured and targeted manner. Know-how: Your high customer orientation and your strong communication talent enable you to work together successfully with contact persons from different areas and hierarchical levels. Macher mentality: In addition to secure M365 and SAP knowledge, your personal tool box contains a high degree of readiness and the mandatory portion of heart blood for the professional customer business?
