Focus on recruiting: Individually responsible creation and publication of job advertisements on suitable platforms and on social networks Candidate Management: Visibility of documents, coordination and communication with candidates Organization and appointment of interviews Participation in job interviews as part of the HR team Participation in developing our recruiting strategies Focus on staff administration & staff support: Care and advice of employees in all personal questions Creation of work contracts, certificates and other documents Maintenance and management of personal files (digital/analog) Priority Preparatory pay and salary billing: Collection and maintenance of accounting-relevant data Control and maintenance of time recording Preparation and transmission of the relevant data to the service provider for payment accounting

Closed commercial training, ideally with further training in the personnel sector (e.g. Professional experience in HR, in particular in recruiting and staff administration, is absolutely necessary Enthusiasm for the organisational and administrative aspects of personnel work Good knowledge of labour law and ideally in preparing wage accounting Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with HR software Communication strength, organizational talent and a service-oriented appearance
