Acceptance of interference messages and collection of all necessary master data via telephone, email and applications Precise recording of messages in the CAFM system [pitFM & Planon & in-house software] forwarding the messages to the service technicians Tracking (open) reports and ensuring timely processing Friendly and professional handling of customers and colleagues e.g. for feedback on ticket processing; solution-oriented communication even in stressful situations triggering orders from spare parts and/or after-contractors; Keeping the editing status and feedback to users

Complete technical or commercial training or comparable qualification; ideally experience in the Call Center, Helpdesk or technical customer service Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of CAFM systems or readiness to work quickly into new systems; Secure MS Office Knowledge Clear communication, effective coordination in and with the team and customers You also keep an overview and your structured way of working in stressful situations
