Expert for the development and introduction of remuneration systems in full-time permanent (m/f/d)

You specialize in a team of competencies as an expert in the development and introduction of pay systems in our predominantly mid-market member companies in Saxony with the following priorities: You advise, accompany and support our member companies in the preparation of job descriptions, in the introduction and application of basic pay systems (e.g. ERA) and benefit payment systems (e.g. performance assessment, premium systems), as well as in the demand-dependent classification of activities in operational systems. You develop and design the associated fields of activity in close coordination and cooperation with representatives of our member companies and supra-regional sister and umbrella associations. You support our member companies in transferring new findings and regulations into operational practice. You provide work-scientific know-how in working groups, workshops and information events. You represent employers' interests in nationwide and nationwide bodies and institutions.

A completed engineering or business studies or comparable university studies (e.g. human resources management) with a good degree. Ideally, you have professional experience in the business environment of a company of the metal and electrical industry, the chemical industry or the wood/plastic processing industry. You are an entrepreneurial thinking and generalistic personality. You have the ability to capture facts, to develop solutions and to formulate and convey messages in a comprehensible manner.
