About us: Our Veterinary and Food Monitoring Office is a large, professionally demanding and co-worker-intensive office in which all areas of veterinary administration such as animal health, animal welfare and TNP as well as food and meat hygiene monitoring are represented.

Animal welfare and animal health monitoring of agricultural livestock farming, horsekeeping, aquaculture and EU ammel places, livestock and transport companies as well as events Monitoring of farms and facilities such as shelters, shelters, pensions, etc. Monitoring of holdings (biogas plants, producers of feed of animal origin, transport companies, warehouses, etc.) according to TNP law (national/EU law) Assistance in the case of surveillance activities and controls by the competent municipal regulatory authorities in the case of animal-protection advertisements of small and pet holdings Approvals incl. on-the-spot checks pursuant to § 11 Animal Protection Act Review of the conditionality according to EU law of agricultural holdings Member of the animal health crisis centre Processing of statistics in the fields of animal welfare, animal health control and animal by-products
