In the area of payment transactions, you are also responsible for the handling of all payment-relevant business processes of the DRV Bund.

As an expert in payment transactions, you support the manager of payment transactions in a professional manner. In addition, you will perform the following tasks: You are responsible for implementing legal or technical changes in our business processes and create business process descriptions You maintain the technical requirements of the business processes of payment transactions (bank management software, ERP system) You work in an interface function and thus ensure cross-disciplinary cooperation and are contact persons*in external service providers You manage and maintain bank accounts such as the administration of banking management software You deal with key issues, such as the strategic orientation of home-wide payment transactions and bank accounting, and work with reporting and complaints You control the implementation and maintenance of change processes and quality management and are responsible for the security of payment transactions You support the process optimization and administration of electronic processing of account default positions You work in work and project groups (for example in SAP S/4HANA)

You understand themselves as an expert for payment transactions and convince by a high level of sense of responsibility, sovereign appearance, pronounced and addressable communication as well as business and financial analysis skills. You have completed higher education (Bachelor, Diploma/FH or equivalent degree), for example in an economic or legal degree course or an equivalent qualification (Fachwirt*in, for example for financial management) You have a multiannual professional experience in the application of policies and standards of payment transactions (e.g. DFÜ, SEPA Rulebooks, PSD2/PSD3, Target2, Check Act, etc.) as well as initiating conceptual adjustments of workflows and IT procedures of payment transactions Knowledge of payment and accounting business processes and their mapping in SAP or other ERP systems are advantageous
