Technical and organisational management of the care team at the protected youth station, ensuring the applicable quality and safety standards Responsibility for the service and personnel deployment planning, including holiday planning as well as representation and failure management of nurses Staff management and personnel development, in particular through guidance, supervision, structured incorporation of new employees and promotion of continuing and continuing training Ensuring patient-oriented, professionally informed and professional care for children and young people with special protection and support needs Coordination and promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation with physician:inside, therapist:inside and other professional groups involved Participation in quality management and continuous process optimization, including implementation of nursing concepts, hygiene guidelines and the strategic requirements of the clinic Ensuring proper care documentation and reporting reimbursement, including preparation of care reports and statistics, and participation in station and team meetings Active participation in projects for the further development of nursing care and for the optimisation of the processes in the daily station
