Assistant Nursing / Deputy Head of Nursing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the quality of care in our three living areas with a total of 74 nursing places and are actively involved in care at least 50%. You support the nursing services in the professional and organizational management of the care area and take over their representation. You accompany, support and guide the employees of all three living areas professionally and take over the incorporation of new colleagues. You are contact persons for residents, relatives and supervisors and ensure a trusted cooperation. Together with the teams, You design needs-oriented and room-oriented workflows. You conduct independently team meetings and provide a good flow of information between the living areas. You contribute to the planning of services, holidays and representation. You plan and organize internal training together with the nursing service management. Together with the teams, You provide professional care documentation and accompany care grade and higher ranking applications. You keep in mind budget requirements and support the need to use the resources available. You contribute to the acquisition and incorporation of new employees and trainees.
