• In your position you are the first point of contact for users: inside with IT problems.
• No problem seems insolable for you, because you are the helping hand in first and second level support for our customers.
• This is how you deal with the assumptions and initial resolution of Incidents, as well as the processing of interference messages at the end user
• Your tasks sometimes include IMAC activities such as installing and configuring new devices.
• Last but not least, you also have a look at the care of committed assets and take over smaller administrative tasks, e.g. in the MS Active Directory or MS Exchange.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as a specialist informant:in the field of system integration or application development or comparable
• You want to start in as a cross-release? We offer you the opportunity.
• You know about Microsoft operating systems and MS Office products? Excellent.
• You have already gained experience with ticketing systems and are re-entered with them. Personally, we especially like your communication strength and customer orientation, coupled with a high understanding and willingness to solve challenges adequately.
