Professional and disciplinary instruction of staff, participation in operational planning and monitoring of work execution and compliance with safety regulations Creation, preparation and analysis of measurement data, process statistics and all required test reports Conducting the defined process-accompanying tests Responsibility for locking bearings and their testing equipment Ensuring escalation in case of deviations and initiation of corrective measures Evaluation and further development of quality-related key figures commissioning of test/measuring devices and ensuring the test operation Participation in product, process and certification audits Participation in shopfloor talks as Q contact partner for production areas Implementation of continuous improvement measures (KVP, TPM) Representation of the Q planner in absence

Successfully completed technical vocational training, and ideally training in quality First leadership experience of employees desirable Experience in testing and measuring technology, ideally in a cutting company Safe handling of all common MS Office applications Good knowledge of automotive core tools and common quality methods IATF / ISO 9001 / VDA, ideal Auditor VDA 6.3 Good English knowledge of word and writing Willingness to work on the occasional shift Integrity and professional handling of critical decision situations
