Customer acquisition, customer support & inventory customer management, identification of potential new customers in the target industries and development of new business areas. Development of customized coating solutions in cooperation with the customer and the internal experts involved. Technical advice and product support for existing and new customers including the planning and execution of operational tests at the customer Processing of customer complaints and derivation of improvement measures

Complete study in the field of chemistry, materials science, plastics technology or comparable qualifications or technicians with relevant professional experience Min. 3 years of experience in the sale or distribution of products in need of declaration, preferably in the field of coatings Knowledge of the development and application of plastisols or industrial lacquers of advantage Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships and good negotiation skills Structured, quality-oriented operation as well as pleasure in handling customers flowing knowledge of German and English; Other languages are advantageous Flexibility, commitment and willingness to travel as well as capacity for implementation are a prerequisite
