OPX Engineer (m/f/d)

Identification and Implementation of Improvement Potentials with Lean, CI and OPX Methods (e.g. 5S, VSM, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, Gemba Walks) Own-sponsored management of OPX projects in close cooperation with all disciplines, including identification of savings potentials and cost analyses Integration of improvement measures in everyday operational life (shopfloor focus) Presentation of workshops and transnational initiatives Training and coaching of employees in OPX methods and tools Promoting sustainable culture of improvement and responsibility Implementation of value flow analyses and derivation and implementation of action plans Cross-site cooperation to create synergies Documentation and reporting of project progress, savings and OPX successes

Complete studies in the field of engineering, business management, production technology or comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence in an industrial environment Knowledge of Lean Methods and Tools (Six Sigma of Benefit) Good knowledge of English Safe handling of MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP systems Ideal experience with tools such as MS Planner, Visio, Lucidchart or Power BI Impressed communication strength and ability to act convincingly at all levels of the organization, empower and motivate teams Team orientation and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Hands-on mentality and presence on the shopfloor Analytical thinkability combined with pragmatic solution orientation Own initiative and structured and independent operation Responsibility and enforcement strength in implementing measures
