As Head of Supply Operations (m/w/d), you take responsibility for one of two interdisciplinary product group teams that closely interlink procurement and operational product management teams. Professional and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team of procurement and operational product management with 6 employees as well as the promotion of cross-disciplinary, solution-oriented cooperation. Responsibility for the control and performance of your product groups along the entire supply chain. Ensure goods availability, delivery capacity and economically optimal stocks. Control, prioritization and further development of the operational daily business within the team. Analysis, monitoring and active control of relevant SCM indicators (e.g. stocks, forecast quality, delivery performance). Development and optimization of processes and structures along the supply chain using data-based insights. Identification and implementation of efficiency and optimization potentials in close coordination with the interface areas (e.g. sales, logistics). Drivers for digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes.

Complete studies in the field of business management, supply chain management, logistics or comparable training. Multiannual leadership experience in supply chain management, purchasing or product-related areas Embossed analytical skills and experience in dealing with KPIs and data-based decisions. High affinity for digital solutions (ERP, planning and BI tools). You have communication strength and enforcement capability. Your understanding of leadership is modern and contemporary.
