Projektmanager (m/w/d) für den Seniorenzentrum Weststadt in Ulm, Seniorenzentrum Nellingen, Pflegeheim Amstetten und Seniorenzentrum Lonsee

in full time (38,5h/week), unlimited.

Your responsibilities

• Regular maintenance/checking and repair checks of the building equipment as well as reporting to the specialist departments
• Head and coordination of the master team including the assignment of tasks and monitoring of work performance
• Implementation and organisation of repairs on machinery, equipment and sanitary and electrical engineering
• Support of specialist departments for larger construction and repair work
• Implementation of safety checks and compliance with legal regulations
• Monitoring the maintenance of the building infrastructure including External
• Quick reaction and elimination of technical disturbances

This will bring you

• Complete vocational training in the technical/commercial field, such as electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, sanitation or comparable qualification Mind. 2 years of professional experience
