You support the regional lean management team in various projects related to Industry 4.0 and Lean methods. You work with a wide range of CVP projects, such as carrying out process recordings, with the aim of increasing plant availability. You work independently small projects, including coordination and ensuring the corresponding implementation, such as independent implementation of 5S workshops. You'll get production data and prepare them. You will participate in the further development of the OPEX Academy. You carry out practical analysis tasks on various optimization potentials in production (value flow analysis, SMED, OEE etc.).
You will complete a degree in engineering or mechanical engineering, industrial engineering (e.g. with a focus on lean management or production) or provide a comparable degree course. Ideally, you have first practical experience in an industrial company and know-how in project management. Personally you convince by initiative, analytical ability, result orientation, organisational skills and quality orientation. You impress with outstanding communicative abilities, sovereign appearance and a structured way of working and persuading. Safe handling of MS Office applications (especially Visio, Excel and PowerPoint) is a matter of course for you. You have very good German and good English skills.
