Evaluate and propose automation solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 and transitioning toward Industry 5.0 to fully enable autonomous operation Define scalable industry-compliant technology solutions ready for roll-out across multiple sites, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to assess feasible and scalability Create documentation comprehensive for Automation projects' submission and execution, including budget, schedule and resource planning, in line with corporate requirements Complete detailed design and construction processes, organize commissioning and start-up Monitor, control and report actual cost and progress, compared to the budget and plan Build strategic relationships with technology partners and vendors to support long-term automation goals Capture lessons learnt from automation projects and implementation strategies for ongoing enhancement of standards Ensure automation standards meet regulations and cybersecurity requirements Act as a change agent for digital adoption and promote human-machine collaboration within the organization

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field 5 or more years of relevant working experience in industrial automation and digital transformation projects Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies and standards Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments Fluent English and German skills Willingness to travel through EU about 20-30%
