In the Project Lead Development (PLE) e-Drive VAN.EA section, you actively shape the development of electric drive systems for our electric VAN models. We control all eDrive activities – from the first concepts to series production. Here, technology, organization and teamwork combine to make a decisive contribution to the mobility of the future. As part of our project management team, you coordinate component and software developments, advance technical decisions and ensure that quality, appointments and maturity levels are maintained throughout the entire development process. Our goal: to bring powerful, sustainable and innovative electric vehicles to the streets – in close coordination with development, production and all relevant interfaces. Your tasks: Collaboration in strategic and interdisciplinary project teams to advance the development of our eDrive systems – like using AI-driven approaches

Support for committee management and implementation to integrate new technologies and innovations

Creation and preparation of strategy and presentation documents for internal and external stakeholders

Maintenance of planning and control tools (termin plans & quality gates) to ensure smooth project progress

Ensuring inter-departmental processes to ensure efficient cooperation

The mandatory practice can begin from July 2026 for a duration of up to 6 months.

Studies in the field of engineering, natural science, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme

Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing to communicate effectively in our international environment

Safe handling of MS Office to efficiently perform your tasks

Commitment, communication and team skills to work successfully in our project teams

Strategic and analytical thinking to master complex challenges
