As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. The Business Unit Enterprise Resource Planning (BU ERP) includes the design and planning, projects, application management and operation (above operating system) of our customers' commercial applications. For the tasks of the Customer Unit Integred Logistics within the ERP area (ERP CU ILog), we would like to further strengthen ourselves with the focus of the process and technical integration of application solutions as well as their design and realization. As part of the S/4 HANA functionalities with SAP, extensive project and consulting services are planned in the field of Defense and Security (D&S).

Structured survey of requirements in cooperation with the departments

Identification of business processes that can be optimized by SAP solutions

Moderation of workshops, interviews and meetings for effective request collection and validation

Assessment of the technical feasibility of requirements in cooperation with IT architects

Implementation of feasibility analyses and risk assessments

Creation of roadmaps and schedules for implementation

Completed subject-related university studies or comparable i.V.m. 4 years of experience in SAP system landscapes and relevant modules (e.g. SAP S/4HANA (D&S), SAP Fiori)

Knowledge of the application of analytical tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio) and methods of request collection, including the implementation of structured interviews, workshops and the creation of use cases and user stories

Knowledge gained in cooperation with IT experts on the development of solutions proposals

Good knowledge of feasibility analyses to evaluate the feasibility of projects

Ability to identify and evaluate risks and a responsible, independent and targeted way of working as well as service-oriented thinking and acting round off your professional
