You are responsible for the complete processing of new membership declarations in insurance law (Pflichtversicherungte, Volunteer Insured, Students, Pensioners and other groups of persons) In this context, you are contact persons for our new customers, sales partners and internal specialist departments via email and service app You carry out insurance-law assessments of new memberships You request missing documents and process the digital data exchange with insurance companies and other institutions for the above mentioned groups of persons
