As a quality provider with care insurance registration, HOMECARE – helps everyday helpers to close an important supply gap between outpatient care services and nursing families. The focus is on hours-by-time support by German support staff. The trained nurses do not have to be trained nurses and are therefore relatively easy to recruit on the market. The caregivers are trained and employed by a nursing service and their representation, making it possible to take over costs by all care insurance companies. This system is also open to cross-comers from other industries with leadership experience. .
