As a production manager (m/w/) at the Seefeld site, you have the opportunity to use your knowledge in a targeted manner to advance our joint success. Your area of responsibility includes: In the role as a plant manager (m/w/), you can independently operate the production machines and equipment in filling and packaging. They are responsible for the production process. In addition, you are responsible for providing all the necessary materials and for carrying out cleaning and setup work according to current work instructions. As part of your work, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of plant and process availability and ensure compliance with valid quality standards through regular quality testing during production.

The minimum qualifications of this role include: Relevant professional experience in production and machine operation or/and industrial/technical training Good knowledge of PC and German in word and writing. The ability to work in the team, a quick understanding, flexibility and a basic technical understanding round off your profile. This further knowledge is advantageous: First experience in handling special machines with pneumatic, mechanical and electrical components. A good quality understanding and basics of quality management.
