Store & Site Manager for Micronutrients & Biohacking at BIOGENA Plaza Düsseldorf (m/f/d)

Construction, operational management and strategic development of the Biogena site in Düsseldorf with focus on micronutrients store, biohacking/longevity and diagnostics Total responsibility for the smooth operation of the site including organisation, administration and ensuring an excellent, holistic customer journey Professional and disciplinary leadership of about 12 people, motivation and continuous development of the site team Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, schedules and efficient resource management Ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards, in particular in the field of food safety, complaint management and care and maintenance of all premises Economic management of the site using defined KPIs, including analysis, derivation of measures and regular reporting to the management level Acquisition of commercial tasks such as cash billing, accounting and supporting accounting activities Active, high-quality customer advice and execution of selected applications in the field of biohacking Planning, organisation and implementation of internal and external events and events with predictive coordination Cross-site cooperation with other locations as well as central contact for department management, possibly management and internal interfaces Continuous optimization of processes for the sustainable increase of efficiency, quality and service experience
