Engineer / technician / master craftsman as quality manager in defence technology (m/f/d)

You take over the leadership and coordination of the interdisciplinary material review board (MRB) and ensure a structured decision-making. Material problems are handled independently, coordinate complaint processing and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders. Internal and external quality deviations analyze systematically, perform well-founded causes analyses and define appropriate corrective and preventive measures. Improving measures will guide you, follow their implementation consistently and thus actively contribute to the sustainable quality improvement.

You have a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a technical training with further training as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d). Professional experience in quality management already brings you – ideally in the automotive environment, in machine or tool construction. Industry knowledge from the automotive, aerospace and electrotechnical industries are advantageous. With MS Office and SAP you go routined and move safely in dealing with suppliers. A strong sense of quality, analytical thinking, as well as very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are what you distinguish. Local national service trips take you flexibly and responsibly.
