Central contact for the rollout of solutions for hybrid committee meetings Operational coordination and support of the rollout in close coordination with local authorities Recording, consolidating and sharing requirements, feedback and optimization proposals for the continuous development of the solution for hybrid committee meetings Advice, information and active support of the institutions in implementing the hybrid committee meetings solution Control of external service providers, monitoring the delivery of services and clarification of problems and ensuring the quality of support processes Administrative activities under the funding measure (e.g. processing of documents, evidence or documentation) Compilation of evaluations and technical work for decision templates Completion of funding including final report
