Planning, implementation and evaluation of development projects for lubrication systems Investigation and analysis of customer and competition samples Close coordination with our production areas to increase the efficiency and optimisation of processes Support for product developments up to standard maturity Cooperative cooperation with customers, suppliers and sister companies Maintenance and documentation of development documents Quality Control Support This is a temporary position (parent representation by the end of February 2028)

Successfully completed study of chemistry (Bachelor or Master) or training as a chemical technician or Industrial master Chemistry Enthusiasm for innovation Including professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company High level of initiative and motivation Willingness to take responsibility English knowledge in word and writing Team skills
