As project manager, you will carry out complex projects in and at our reception buildings, especially in the field of holistic renovation and development of our reception buildings from pre-planning to commissioning You will develop feasibility studies for holistic refurbishment projects of our reception buildings according to technical requirements, usage concepts of rental and structural project ideas Through your holistic view of the project, you control all project participants in terms of dates, costs and quality and ensure that the valid guidelines are complied with by all project participants You monitor the fulfilment of the contractual obligations in the planning and construction phase and take over the acceptance of planning and construction services as well as the transfer of plants to our railway station management Belly feeling is good, numbers are better. This is why you plan regular project-specific reports as well as decision/information templates. Using the key figures, you recognize potential for action and always have counter-control measures to hand

Your profile:

The basis of your success is a completed study of the:r Bauingenieur:in, Architekt:in, Wirtschaftsingenieur:in or a comparable study course with relevant professional experience in the development of construction projects As a project manager, especially in the management of external planning offices, executive companies as well as construction supervisors and auditors, you have already gained several years of experience and we see as a prerequisite You are structured and always keep an overview in stressful situations.
