Complete evaluation, support and promotion of projects across different formats and platforms (film, series, audio, digital formats) General manager of the funding area of the Film and Media Foundation NRW Strategic and structural development of the area, the funding instruments and the team in the context of a dynamically changing media industry Control and further development of the conveying processes Deep knowledge of national and international market and industry trends and deriving future-oriented funding strategies Innovation drivers:in for digitalisation and new technological developments Representation of the Film and Media Foundation NRW at national and international level Maintaining and expanding a resilient network of producers: Sparringspartner:in the funding department and for producers Valuable support of creative processes and sovereign control of complex decision-making processes Passionate commitment to content of the media landscape NRW and its further development

Heart blood and commitment Multiannual well-founded national and international experience in the field of production (film, series and/or audiovisual media; preferably both in the mainstream and in sectors) Detectable leadership experience and a modern, team-oriented leadership approach Deep understanding of content development to evaluation as well as the ability to think content strategically and holisticly Experience in dealing with public funds, responsibility for budgets and a sovereign handling of complex funding, project, and decision-making processes High decision strength, sense of responsibility and strategic competence Embossed national and international networking in the media industry Creativity, communication strength, negotiation security and diplomatic skills Openness for innovation, technological trends and new formats Very good knowledge of German and English
