Commercial Project Manager for Photovoltaic Systems – Project Controlling & Energy Management (m/f/d)

Description of jobsAs a commercial project manager:in photovoltaics at MARCLEY you take responsibility for the economic management of our solar projects on multi-family houses – from planning and awarding to commissioning.You ensure that our projects are implemented within the budget, all services are provided in time and that the commercial framework conditions are optimally designed. You are the central interface between project management, technology, purchasing and finance and ensure that all commercial aspects are transparent, controllable and resilient.With your understanding of cost structures, contracts and project sequences, you recognize deviations early, actively counter tax and significantly contribute to the implementation of our projects, but also to economic success. At the same time, you create the basis for financing, scaling and the long-term operation of our facilities. Your tasksYou take over the commercial management of our photovoltaic projects and are responsible for budget, cost development and forecasts.You control the entire award process – from the tendering process to the tendering evaluation, to the commissioning of contractors and service providers.You carry out price and contract negotiations and build sustainable partner structures as well as framework agreements.Du first and structurally control tenders on the basis of technical requirements and ensure the availability of contracts. Budget monitoring, target-actual comparisons and cash flow planning.You identify cost and project risks at an early stage and introduce appropriate countermeasures.You take the contract management over the entire project course – including supplements, claim management and performance delimitation.You will ensure the availability of materials and services and work closely with purchasing and implementation.You will ensure that all relevant documents are available.

Your profileYou have experience in commercial project management – ideally in the field of photovoltaics, construction, energy or infrastructure.You have a good understanding of cost structures, project calculations and economic relationships.You have experience in tendering, awarding and contract negotiations as well as in dealing with service providers and partners.Ideally you know about EPC structures, supplier management and complex project contracts.You are also working structured, analytical and solution-oriented. You take responsibility, bring your own initiative with you and have the right to continuously improve processes.You are looking for an environment where speed, ownership and implementation are the focus.A study in the field of economic engineering, business management, construction or energy management or a comparable qualification is of advantage.
