Sales Manager – Mobilhydraulik & Maschinenbau (m/f/d)

We are a family-run medium-sized company that has been supplying its customers worldwide with modern solutions for different areas of fluid technology, as well as attachments for mobile work machines. With around 140 employees, the company is one of the leading manufacturers of high-pressure, shut-off and control fittings, plate and solenoid valves as well as multi-clutch systems and special solutions for all industrial sectors. The company is characterized by high dynamics and innovative strength. In order to support the growth strategy of the company, we are looking for Sales Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d).

You report directly to the management, analyze existing and potential new target markets and are a constant contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for both your customers and local traders. You can sell the current product range in indoor and outdoor services and offer additional services that are currently served by the company's market partners. At the same time, you will open up new markets, visit trade fair events, agree with the in-house interfaces, maintain the CRM system and look beyond the plate edge in the application of the processes.

Bring things forward, seize opportunities when You offer you and do not hesitate to try new approaches and develop new ideas. A completed study of Business Administration / BWL or Engineering. Multiannual sales experience in the middle class of technically demanding products of series and custom production - preferably in mechanical engineering, land and construction machinery, Nfz subcontractor or in chemistry. Special knowledge in accompanying customer requirements from demand analysis through implementation to after sales. Negotiating knowledge of English, proven project management competence, readiness to travel (but also for our worldwide customers).
