Ensuring uniform and standardized use of CAFM systems in operational facility management Working with further developments, process optimization and the introduction of new systems and applications Processing, structuring and quality assurance of data stocks for migration, analysis and inventory Planning, organisation and implementation of training for users Care and development of customer portals taking into account legal and contractual requirements

Complete studies in technical or economic science, such as facility management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering Alternatively, a technical training, for example as an electronic, electrician, plant mechanic HKLS, mechatronic or technician, or Master with corresponding training Professional experience in the CAFM environment, facility management or in comparable technical services Knowledge of service, maintenance and maintenance planning as well as safe handling of data structures German knowledge of at least C1 level
