Your duties

Develop, implement and continuously update the EHS management system and ensure compliance in all business areas Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards (including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) Define and tax EHS targets and initiate continuous improvement measures Funging as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) according to §6 ASiG and DGUV Advising and supporting executives and departments in all EHS-relevant topics Monitoring the implementation of EHS measures and monitoring of action plans Evaluate risks and derive appropriate measures for sustainable risk mitigation Planning, coordinating and conducting internal and external audits Taxes and follow-up of corrective and preventive measures Define, analyze and monitor relevant EHS key figures (KPIs) and EHS budget Create regular reports and decision bases for management Create and coordinate location-related EHS reporting and documentation (e.g. environmental reports, accident evaluations, management system indicators and regulatory requirements) Identify and implement targeted training measures in the field of EHS Sensitising and further developing the EHS and environmental awareness of all employees Close cooperation with authorities, professional associations, business physician and the works council Active exchange with internal and external EHS networks (e.g. Siemens)

Complete technical studies with EHS-Bezug, e.g. engineering or mechanical engineering completed training as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa according to §7 ASiG); Finding knowledge and practical experience in building or maintaining integrated management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) desired Experience in performing audits of advantage Safe handling of relevant KPIs in EHS management Good knowledge of legal regulations in the EHS field Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment Intercultural competence and team skills
