Senior Site Manager - Flat Roof Construction / Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent management of demanding construction projects in flat roof construction – from technical clarification to compliance with VOB to successful acceptance. You control your construction site team as well as the contractors and thus ensure a smooth running and highest quality standards on our construction sites in the Stuttgart area. You take full responsibility for costs and earnings for your projects and provide precise control for their economic success. As a central contact person, you provide direct contact with our customers, architects and suppliers and represent our company professionally to the outside. You actively contribute your expertise to the acquisition and calculation of new projects and thus set the foundation for future success.

You have a degree as a civil engineer/architect or a training as a technician/master. You are compelling to bring several years of professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in flat roof construction or a related structure. In dealing with the VOB as well as with MS 365 and common construction software, you are safe and routined. You are characterized by an independent way of working, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to perform. You have a class B licence to support your projects in the Stuttgart area. For smooth communication with all project participants, you speak German in a safe manner.

An attractive salary package of 60,000 to 72,000 euros per year, supplemented by earnings-related allowances. A company car, also possible as an e-car, which you can also use privately.
