Ensuring the perfect condition of the supervised technical installations as well as independent execution of inspections, maintenance and testing (e.g. heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities) regular inspection procedures, proactive repairs and repair measures to ensure ongoing operation Support and support of technical operations with the customer on site, including cooperation with external service providers or specialist companies recording and maintenance of all work carried out via mobile devices, e.g. by maintenance logs or digital checklists Participation in readiness and implementation of emergency services to maintain technical operations

Technical training e.g. as plant mechanic HKLS / mechatronics refrigeration / central heating and ventilation engineer / gas-water installer or comparable qualification Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course Ideally with first professional experience, but also professional or technically experienced cross-income with training ambitions are welcome! German level B2 / driving licence class B
