Account Manager (m/w/d)

As part of the successful expansion, we are looking for the WISAG Building Cleaning Northwest Süd GmbH & Co. KG, which is based in 50858 Cologne as a customer service / object manager in building cleaning at the next possible time.

Your duties

• Guides, introductions and taxes of your cleaning teams incl. Application planning and documentation
• Provision of contractually agreed services including Documentation and quality assurance
• Responsibility for budget management
• Customer retention and relationship expansion, e.g. extension of the WISAG service scope in your objects
• Acceptance of customer complaints incl. Cause elimination

They serve various interesting objects in the vicinity of Bonn.

This will inspire us

• Education to the building cleaner, desinfektor or further training to the object manager / master in building cleaning desirable
• Multiannual experience in building cleaning mandatory
• Technical interest in digital tools and cleaning robots / robotics
• Experience in employee management
• PC knowledge (MS Office) and commercial knowledge
• Car driver's license
• customer orientation, empathy and pragmatism
