Heads of the Building Construction Division for Federal Construction Measures (m/f/d)

As a specialist group manager (m/w/d) you take over the personal, professional and organizational leadership You conduct employee talks, promote and motivate your employees through training and development measures You plan personnel deployment and representation schemes You coordinate and structure the projects, the distribution of tasks and the workflows within the specialist groups You contribute to change processes and create transparency for employees You are in constant exchange of information with your employees, e.g., about innovations, workflows, etc., and are in line with other specialist groups and with FBT, users and builders

You are responsible for the quality assurance of the planning and construction documents and ensure compliance with the statutory regulations You monitor the costs, dates and qualities within your area of responsibility

You have a completed university degree with the discipline of architecture / construction or civil engineering You already have appropriate professional experience in construction or planning, preferably in public administration You communicate clearly, precisely and understandably in word and writing in German You attach great importance to a good operating climate, individually address the needs of your employees and support them in questions You stand for the team and themselves and promote information exchange and cooperation You maintain an open feedback culture and strive for a fast and portable solution in conflicts You have a class B driving licence to travel within Schleswig-Holstein successful existence of the safety review pursuant to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH within the sample period
